1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Tile Trio, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for complying with local laws.

2. Limited permission to use the game

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Tile Trio for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, automate, exploit, or misuse the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Fair play and prohibited conduct

• Do not use bots, scripts, modified clients, or other tools to manipulate gameplay, rewards, balances, or requests.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another person’s data, overload the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use Tile Trio for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or ownership of a wallet or transaction.

4. Game progress and availability

Progress and settings may be stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear browser data, change devices, or use private browsing. We may modify levels, rules, scoring, features, or availability at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

5. Rewards and blockchain features

Reward balances shown in the game are conditional game records until a valid transfer is completed. Reward eligibility, amounts, thresholds, verification steps, and availability may change, be limited by region, or be suspended for security, legal, technical, or anti-abuse reasons.

Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. You are responsible for checking the network, address, amount, fees, tax obligations, and wallet security before authorizing any transaction. Tile Trio will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password.

The game may use or link to third-party hosting, analytics, advertising, wallet, blockchain explorer, or other services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, fees, or actions.

Tile Trio, its visual design, text, software, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tile Trio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the game or any reward feature will always be available, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in the game is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of digital assets, wallet compromise, or unauthorized transactions arising from your use of Tile Trio or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access to the service or reward features if we reasonably believe these terms were violated, activity is fraudulent or abusive, or restriction is necessary for security or legal compliance. You may stop using Tile Trio at any time.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
